Questions
Do the people booking need an account?
Only those booking from the inside. For everyone else there's a public link that asks for name, email and phone — nothing more.
Can I require approval before a booking counts?
Per space. One room can be open to the team while another only goes out with your yes.
Who can see my calendar?
Only the people you invite, and each of them sees only what their role allows. Nobody outside sees anything.
